rest thereon, at the rate of eight
per centum per annum after ma
turity, was payable in eleven (11)
installments of $40.00 each, begin
ning on November 10, 1954, and
continuing thereafter on the same
day of each succeeding month,
with a final payment on October
10, 1955, each payment being ap
plied to the interest then due and
the balance to the reduction of the

a provision payment
of fifteen per centum tn t.ie p-m
cipal and interest as a.torr.cy’s
fees, if collected by law or thru
an attorney at law. In order to se
cure the payment of said note,
James Harris and Doris Harris
executed and delivered to J. R.
Pearson a deed eo secure debt,
conveying the following described
land: All that certain tract, lot or
parcel of land situate, lying and
being ir. the State of Georgia,
County of Peach, and in the south
east corner of Land Lot No. 206
in the Sixth (6th) District therein,
containing one (1) acre, more or
less. Said tract is bounded on the
north and east by lands of Robert
Moore and Pearl Moore; on the
south by lands formerly owned by
Josey, which is the south line of
Lot Number 206; and on the west
by the right-of-way of the Central
of Georga Railway Company. Said
tract fronts south on said south
line of Let Number 206 a distance
of 240 feet and fronts on the right
of way of the Central of Georgia
Raliway Company. Said tract
fronts south on said south line
of Lot Number 206 a distance of
240 feet and fronts on the right
of-way of the Central of Georgia
Railway Company a distance of
180 feet. This being the same tract
as that conveyed by deed dated
April 28, 1951, conveying said
tract from Robert Moore and
Pearl Moore to James Harris and
Doris Harris and recorded in Deed
Book “Z”, Page 296, Clerk’s Of
fice, Superior Court of Peach Co

deed and the record thereof is
here had and made for any and

of said not and the deed aforesaid
securing the same has exercised
his option and declared the entire
