Georgia next Sunday afternoon

are expecting a large attendance.
Miss Fannie Campbell, the effi

her sister, Miss Docia, were guests
of the Misses McBrayers last

Tom Harris was the guest of
his sister, Mrs. May Morgan, last
Monday night.
Prof. Wheeler’s school closed
at Cains last Friday, and several
speeches were delivered by the
pupils and others. The occasion
was a most enjoyable one in ev
ery respect and the speeches spo
ked by the children will long he
remembered.
Prof. Wheeler, our efficient
teaciier lias gone to Gadsden.
Ala., where lie’ll reside until the
summer term of school. We

The Odd Fellows of Ddlas are
preparing for the celebration of

in America which comes off each

been invited. A program for.
the occasion will be published

ments are in correspondence with
speakers for the occasion, The
