Health
About
Gone
Many thousands of
women suifering from
womafily trouble, have
been benefited by the use
of Cardui, the woman’s
tonic, according to letters
we receive, similar to this
one from Mrs. Z. V. Spell,
ofHayne, N.C. “1 could
not stand on my feet, and
just suffered terribly,”
she says. “As my suf
fering was so great, and
he had tried other reme
dies, Dr. had us
get Cardui. . . 1 began
improving, and it cured
me. 1 know, and my
doctor knows, what Car
dui did for me, tor my
nerves and health were
about gone."
TAKE
Hie Woman’s Tonic
Site writes further: "1
am in splendid health . . .
can do my work. I feci I
owe it to Cardi.i, for I was
in dreadful condition."
If yen are nervous, run
down and weak, or suffer
from headache, backache,
etc., every month, try
Cardui. Thousands of
women praise this medi
cine for the food it has
done them, and many
physicians who have tued
Cardui succcs .fully with
their women patients, for
years, endorse this medi
cine, Think what it means
to be in splendid health,
like Mrs. Spell. Give
Cardui a trial.

Of little Gertrude Sewell,

Oh, her little fife on earth
was short being not quite two
years old. Little Gertrude lea -I

sisters besides other relatives
and friends to mourn her loss.
It is sad to think we can never
see little Gertrude lire on earth
again. Home seems so sad the
little chair is empty, the room
seems to say no more joy, and
grieve not father, mother after
little Gertrude because we are
sure she had no sin. God fore-!
knw all things and when Ger

said you are not to dwell here
long. I have a place in the ho-
ly temple you alone can fill.'
When I am ready I wil call you
home to Me.
Gertrude suffered for 2 weeks
but she bore her pain patiently.;
All that loving hands could do!
could not save her her life. Ger j
rude is waiting for her father j
and mother and I hope she is
lot waiting in vain. Tie ready,
father and mother, your little
one is beckoning you to come
to heaven. Safe in the arms of
Jesus, safe in in His gentle care
by Ilis love overshadowed,
sweet little Gertrude res.t
A precious one from us is gone,
a voice we loved is stilled, a
place is vacant in the home that
never can be filled.
She was so gentle, sweet and
kind, it was hard to give her up
But since it was the Lord who
called let’s drink the bitter cup
Oh, we miss thee dear little
Gertrude, how we miss your lo
ving voice, yet we know twas
God’s great wisdom and in him
we still rejoice.
After funeral services by Rev
R. A. Roper her remains were
laid to rest in Midway cemetery
to await the last coming of
Christ, when the dead shall be
raised from the grave and the
sleeping saints shall be carried
home to heaven.
