Catarrh is a Real Enemy
and Requires Vigorous Treatment
Do Not Neglect It.
Wh you use medicated sprays,
atomizers and douches for your Ca

the choked-up air passages for the

same thing over and over again.
Catarrh has never yet been cured

Dear Wife and all:
I will drop you a few lines to
let you know whore 1 am and
what I am doing. Although,
I wrote you a letter yesterday
and told you I was moving.
I worked to day in the post
oliice for the first time and like
well. I have readdressed let
ters and happened to see one
to one of my friends. I like my
job well and have a nice place
to stay. My work is easy, and
I have plenty to eat, so I should
be very content while I am try
ing to serve my country as best
I can.
The name of the city where
I am in is Le Man’s and has
about 121.000 inhabitants.
There are some nice buildings
here as well as other nice
things that is not in the States
over there. Will look around
more tomorrow and see whal
strange or peculiar as well as
good things I can see. We are
staying in a large nice billet,
and not a man I have ever seen
before is here. Although 1
think I have another nice pal
who is from lowa.
Berry Bramblett had to leave
me last week so I left yester
day at 5 a m and arrived 12:30
p. m.. The place I left was
very historical as you will see
from the few of the many e
vents I am telling you about.
The first time I was at this
place I recognized it from the
first sight. As I marched thru
the huge gateway my vision
caught the three bells, which
you will find the story in the
second reader, as the large bell
the middle size bell and the
small bell which at one time
ceased to ring,
The buildings were construe
ted 50 years B. C. while others
have*been builfsince.
Napolean lodged her 21 days
before he lost his battle.
The prison in which the king
of Spain wa.i p 1 iced is yet here
as well as the place of many
other prisoners of war has been
securely kept with one excep
tion of one man who escaped
and died in Chicago.
I enjoy myself very well here
as the people are nice and real
clever as long as you treat them
right. 1 guess 1 had better
rest for awhile since I have
not had any sleep in the last
few days. I hope all is well
and I wish I could see you all.
Kiss the baby for me. I think
of you all a lot. When I hear
the children at school playing
my thuoghts go back to almost
ever child that I once tried to
guide to a better life and a bet
ter way of earning a better
livelihood. 1 hope all of them
appreciates it well enough to
try to help others for I see the
need of it more than I ever have
Hoping to hear from you soon,
lam your,
