Dr. Otwell was called to Mr
Leancler, Hubbard’s Saturday
Hope he is better now.
Mr. Gus Kennemore was with
us in our school one day last
week. We sure was glad to
have him with us and we want
him to visit us again.
Mr. flu visited awhile in this
community but has flew' away
now. Hope he wont fly back.

We are glad to say that Mr.
Dewey Williams is some better
Pat wishes it would turn cold
he knows of a few shoats to kill
and he thinks he might get a
mess of fresh meat.
Its soon going to be time to
go to all day singings and eat
that fried chicken. We are get
ting hungry for that time.
Miss Allie Green spent one
night last week at Mr. C. L.
Green’s.
We saw Mr. editor in a little
town the other day shaking
hands with his friends. He
said they would’nt have let him
in if they hadn’t been use to
such looking men as him.

cotton. We had better go slow'
this year and not plant too
much , but be sure to plant plen
ty of corn and raise our meat.
Wheat in this part is fine for
time of year.

if its the Lord will for us to
have pretty weather we can
have a good meeting if we will
come together in the right way.
I think we should encourage
the young preachers every way
we can and if we fail to do so
we are making a sad mistake.
