died seized and possessed ex
cept the part heretofore set
apart as dower to Mrs. Itixie
Wright widow of said deceaseo
Said lands being the proper
ty of the estate of J. A. Wright
deceased, and will be sold for
the purpose of paying the
debts of said deceased and dis
tribution among heirs of said
deceased according to law.
Terms of sale cash but pur
chaser by paying 10 per cent ol

until Dec. 20th, 1010, to pay
the remainder, at which time
