City Lights Festival 2000

marker for Poole’s Mill Bridge.
Participants in the ceremony
will include representatives from
the Georgia Historical Society, the

County, the Forsyth County Board
of Commissioners and the Forsyth
County Parks Department. Details

Poole’s Mill Covered Bridge
was placed on the National
Register of Historic Places in
1975. The area, including the
bridge, became a Forsyth County
Park in 1997.
