Lynn Turner has not been
charged with any crime in
Forsyth County, but prosecu

to present information from
Randy Thompson’s death in
order to link the Cumming

under similar circumstances.
Before prosecutors may
present such evidence, howev
er, they must convince the
judge that the deaths were in
fact similar and the Forsyth
County information is perti
nent to the Cobb County trial.
Berry, speaking outside the
courthouse to a group of
reporters, said “ I think we
will be able to show they are
not similar.”
He declined to say how but
he conceded that the argu

akin to a “mini-trial.”
If Berry has his way, the
public may never hear those
arguments.

‘where is the county going to
get the money to repay these
revenue bonds?’ ” Murray
said. The answer to that ques

property taxes.
Conway said at the meet

the county in more ways
besides financing the new
judicial center.
“There are other reasons
we might want to consider
doing this,” he said, adding
that a revenue bond could be
used for ‘forward funding' to
expand the county administra
