Georgia Controlled Substances Act. to
wit: possession of methamphetamine
with intent to distribute Said currency

facilitate a violation of the Georgia
Controlled Substances Act. to wit: pos
session of methamphetamine with
intent to distribute Furthermore, said
currency represents proceeds of a vio
lation of the Georgia Controlled
Substances Act, to wit: sale of

the Shiloh Point Elementary School

qualified under the Criteria, In which
event the Project shall be awarded, if
at all. to the next lowest prequalified
bidder who remains qualified at the
time of the award. Each bidder shall
have a continuing duty to notify the
Owner, in writing, in the event any of
its qualifications change on or after the
date it submits its Prequalification
Statement and before the subject pro
ject is awarded and the construction
contract executed by the Owner. Any
award shall further be conditioned
upon provision by the bidder of appro
priate performance and payment
bonds covering the Project as provid
ed by applicable law.
Any disqualified bidder may respond to
Its disqualification by submitting a writ
ten response to the Owner's Director
of Facilities, to be actually received by
the Owner within three (3) business
days of such disqualified bidder's
receipt of Its notice of disqualification.
Such written response shall set forth
In reasonable detail the reasons why
such disqualified bidder believes It
should have been prequalified to bid
on the Project. The Owner'a Director
of Facilities shall, within seven (7)
business days of receipt of any such
response, rule upon the sufficiency of
such response and either declare that
such bidder be deemed prequalified or
declare that such bidder shall continue
to be disqualified for the Project. Such
ruling by the Owner’s Director of
Facilities shall be Immediately commu
nicated to such bidder In writing and
shall be final and binding.
The Owner reserves the right to reject
any and all blds and the right to waive
any and all formalities and technicali
ties.
