Commissioner* will hold a Public
Hearing on Monday, April 19. 2004 at
5:00 p.m.
The Public Hearing will be held In the
Commissioners Meeting Room
(Number 220) on the Second Floor of
the Forsyth County Administration
Building.
The purpose of said Public Hearing is
for the consideration of the amend
ment of zoning conditions of Zoning
Application Number 1007 (David
Sexton).

the aforesaid state and county, and by
virtue of a default in the payment of
the debt secured by said security
deed, the undersigned attorney-in-fact
for the aforesaid Grantor (which attor
ney-in-fact is the present holder of

courthouse in said county within the
legal hours of sale, for cash, to the
