ing the firft offer of all the tobacco that will be brought there
for infpeftjon, of which upwards of one thousand hoglheads

•flabhftied to keep up a proper supply of goods, would be a
means of drawing the greatest part of the produce, that is
made in the vast fettled country above, to this spot.
