Opposite Augusta, containing fix hundred and
forty acres of land, one hundred acres of
which are prime river low grounds, where a
ferry is eftablilhed. On the premises are two
ware-houses for the infpettion of Tobacco
that will contain onethoufand hog(heads,with
a framed dwelling house and (lore adjoining
to them; and at a small distance, on the high
land, is another framed dwelling house, on a
brick foundation, and a (tore completely
(helved, with counters, &c. and a cellar lin
ger them that is perfectly dry, together with
every convenient out-tnulding ; the whole in
good repair, and built of the bed materials,
and if not fold by the firft Os September next,
will be rented.
