THAT the refpedive Colleflors of the
Specific Tax, in the several counties
throughout the State, be directed, with*,
out delay, to iflue warrants of distress
against all defaulters, if any there be,
that have not paid the said tax for the last
year.—And that the Sheriffs of the said
refpedive counties, be also direded to
{evy upon the property of such defaulters.
