good, sound advice. In the budget you will undoubtedly
set up, earmark a part of it for a savings account. Small
deposits made regularly will soon grow to a substantia
amount. Save to buy a home or a car .... save
for a vacation . . . save for a future security. Anyway
you look at it, saving is smart. Come in and open an ac¬

MRS. MATILDA GEORGE

LIFE’S CLOCK
The clock of life is wound
but once
And no man has the power
To tell just where the
hands will stop—
At late or early hour.
To lose one’s wealth is
sad indeed.
To lose one’s health Is
more;
To lose one’s soul Ls such
a loss
That no man can restore.
The present only Ls our
own.
Live, love, toil with a will.
Place no faith in tomor¬
row—
For the clock may then
be still.
