CARNATION CREAM SAUCE
(makes about 2 cups)
2 tablespoons butter % teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons flour 1 % cups (large can) undiluted
1/4 teaspoon salt CARNATION EVAPORATED MILK
Blend butter, flour, salt and pepper in saucepan over low
heat until smooth. Gradually add undiluted Carnation. Con¬
tinue stirring until thickened and smooth. Use for creamed
