bos revoked the decisions of Judge Hop
kins, of Fulton Superior Court, in regard
to taxing the Western and Atlantie, the
Georgia and the Augusta and Waynesboro
i ail toads, lleltl, That the roads are only
liablo to a tax of one and a half of one
per cont. 011 net earnings. The court
hold that the Central aud Southwestern
railroads must pay the tax levied, and
sustained Ilopkius’ decisions in regard to
these roads.

This request is made in order that the
rates and currency on hand bo reduced
