the bast interests of the county can bo
subserved by a change.
These are mutters that should receive
the oarelul consideration of the prop

ooucty. Judge Fruzc-r’s record and ad-

open for the investigation ol all, and if
that reoord does not demonstrate his

When appointed there was a debt of
#4 '0 000 threatening our county with
ruin aud disaster. It has been com
promised and adjusted satisfactorily to
all at a per cent less than the law al
lowed. Claims of Russell and Macon
counties have been happily settled at
less .hau a fourth of their amount. All
current expenses havo been paid
promptly. Jurors have not beenoora-
pelied to sell tlioir certlfisates at a large
discount. More and better bridges
have been built than ever before.
Good roads have been opened In all
d'rcotions with very little ex
pense to the county. Every interest
of thsoonnty has received carefu i con
sideration. Competency, honesty and
business pilnolplea have governed his
whole admldistraiion. Iu the Impor

Justice and equity have prevailed.
Soveral oomplioated legal questions
