The Register of Rebates in Congress, by

United States ratified, yesterday, with (lie
advice and consent of the Senate, a Con
vention concluded and signed at St, Peters
burg on the 17th of April, between die
United Stales and Russia, by Mr. Middle
ton, our Minister at that Court, on the part
of the United S ( ates, and Count Neselrode
and M. De Poletica, on the part of the Em
peror of Russia, which establishes (he boun
dary lineol the two nations upon the north
west coast of America, and in the islands
adjacent, at 54 cleg. 40 min. not th latitude.

At elections held a few days ago, being
the second trial, John Bailev and Francis
Bayles, were elected Representatives to the
Nineteenth Congress from the districts
5 which they respectively represent in the
present Congress.
