NOTICE.
GEORGIA, Newton County.
February 27th, 1895.
Notice is hereby given of my intention
to apply to the Judge of the Superior Court
of said county on the 23da} r °f March next,
during the regular March Term of said
court, for an order to sell at private sale
the interest, the same being an undivided
two thirds interest of my wards, Idus L.
Langley and Win. Otis Langley, in land
lot number 102, containing 200 acres, more
or less, and lying in the tenth district of
said county. The reason for making such
application is that a division of said land
between my said wards, and their adult
sister, Mrs. Cora Davidson, is desired, and
that such division in kind would not be to
the benefit and best interest, of my said
wards. Said sale, under said order, is
sought for the purpose of reinvestment in
other land in said count}-.
