ot Ordinary, will be sold at public out¬
cry withir the legal hours ot sale, on the
first Tuesday in December next 4)6, before
the court house door in the city of Cov¬
ington, Newton county, Ca.. the following
property, to-wit: One tract, or parcel of
land, containing 50 acres, more or less, half
of said land being in original forest. Also
100 acres, more or less, with two good ten¬
ant houses on it, with about 25 acres in
original forest, balance in tine state of eul
tivation, and well watered by 3 brances.—
Also 99 acres of land, more or less, known
as the William Avery home place, on
which is located a good dwelling house, out
houses, barns, stables, etc., convenient to
schools and churches. This property is lo¬
cated in Rocky Plains district in Newton
ton county, about one mile from the post
office, and is surrounded by an industrious
and moral citizenship. The three places
can be seen at any time by calling on the
undersigned. Sold for the purpose of dis¬
tribution among the heirs and to pay the

est of Miss Julia Switzer, late of said coun¬
