Newspaper a Business Enterpri v- •
A newspaper is one of the no
cessities of a city. It is just as
necessary as a bank, a store or
any other enterprise and the town
without its newspaper is indeed a
town without enterprise or push.
The enterprise that is without
the support of the people is doom¬
ed to failure. \
The citizens who feel it their
duty to parade tlie slightest error
of judgment of their horn e pa|er
are as a rule the ones whose ad
vertisement you seldom or never

Yet these self-constituted guar

feel it their duty to belittle and
damage the business of their city
papers whenever they have the
slightest excuse for doing so.
Their own pi ate business or
the manner of conducting it. is

newspaper essayed to tell them
how it should be run would b< - re
