The flay was perfect and the new

many members of the other de

minutes the speaker held the clos

ihe address will long b° remem

Tie following is the text and a

In conclusion the speaker with
great earnestness appealed to his
hearers to put God in to all their
every day plans, and practice that
Christian faith, patience and trust
in God v.hich alone is stable and
satisfying and in which there is
a certainty of triumph.
Mr. Pendleton i 9 an able speak¬
er anti his discourse, which was
rendered in a forciful and eloquent
manner, made a lasting impression
upon his audience. In the dull
coldness of type, however, much
of its impressiveness is lost, even
though more than a brief summary
of the sermon could be reproduced.

Indigestion Causes
Catarrh of the
Stomach.
For many years it has been supposed that
Catarrh of the Stomach caused indigestion
and dyspepsia, but the truth is exactly the
opposite. Indigestion causes cata-rrh. Re¬
peated attacks of Indigestion inflames tha
mucous membranes lining the stomach and
exposes the nerves of the stomach, thus caus¬
ing the glands to secrete mucin instead of
the juices of natural digestion. This is
called Catarrh of the Stomach.
