Railroad Company certain rights and privileges,

Section 1. The Mayor and Aldermen of the city cf
Savannah, in Council assembled, 00 hereby ordain,
That the Savannah, tkidawav and Seaboard Railroad
Company ehall have tbe right, with burse railway
ears or carriages, to connect their line ot railway
leading to and from the country with Drayton and
Whitaker streets, in Savannah, beginning at An der
son street, and running tbe line ot aaid Drayton md
Whitaker streets to Bay street and connecting by
Bsy street: provided the work of laying the track for
ouch carriage railway on Drayton sireet be com
