Jate of said county, deceased, in his !il« time, to
gether with John T. Carter nnd Charles Ritchie, exe
cuted lh : s obligation to James Forsyth bearing date the
13th day of March, 1830, conditioned to make unto the
said lames Forsyth, hia heirs and assigns, a good and
sufficient title to Lot No. ono hundred and fifty-two, in
the nineteenth District of the second section in the
then last Land Lottery, drawn by the said Abraham
B Carter; and it appearing to the Court that the said
Abraham B. Carter died without executing titles tosaid
land in conformity to his said obligation, which is now
herein to the Court shewn, and it appearing to the
Court that the consideration money for said land has
been paid. It is on motion ordered, that John T. Car
ter administrator of the estate of the said Abraham B.

bly to said Bond and obligation, unless cause be shewn

P ROPOS ALS will be received by the Prudential
Committee until the firm Monday In April next,
to rebuild the College Edifice lately burnt down, at
Alliens. And to the. end that Mechanics mny know
what is required lobe done, we invite them to an in
spection cl the present ruin, nnd to a further communi
cation with the Committee on any subject connected
with the above object. In the first place it must bo
understood,that the propositions made, will not bo
binding, cither to the proposer or the Committee, as
the same will have to be laid before a full rncetingoftbo
Board of Trustees ut the time aforesaid, subject to their
ratification or such alterations as they may be pleased
to make. With this underglanding, it is requested that
tie- proposer will stale the lowest mini for which ho
will restore the Edifice to it-* former situation in all ri-
spiels. Then what deductions will be made, 1st for
oniiiiiog the mantle prices, which before were of the
Fame kind of those in (he old College. 2d. For chang
ing the Panned into bat too doors 3d. For emitting
the small bed rooms attached lo the sitting room*. 4th.
