O N motion of Allen Matthews, stating to the Court
that Ezekiel Green, Guardian of Russel Skinner
and Sarah Skinner, has absconded from this county,
and left his said wards ; it is ordered that said F.zekiel
shew cause at the next term of this Court, why his
letters of Guardianship shall nnt be revnketl, and ano
ther Guardian be appointed. On the ground, first, that
said Ezekiel has left the county, and his said Words
arc now under the care and direction of no person ;
second, because said Ezekiel has mismanaged the
property of aaid wards ; third, becauso said Ezekiel
wholly neglects the care and education of his said
wards. And it is further ordered, that said Ezekiel be
served with a copy ol this rule, or the same be puhlish
ed in one of the public Gazettes, in terms of the law,

Court of Ordinary, January Term, 1831.
O N the application of William N. Bishop stating to
the Court, that in the life tiino of Richard Vena
ble, lie purchased from him all that part of Lot No. 10,
in the town of Gainesville, including all that part of
said I-ot lying from one foot F.ast of the chimney of a
house belonging then toTrumanKellogg on the same lot,
and tn run parallel with the lines of a lot then occupied by
Francis C. Andoc, that is to say, the most northern and
southern lines nf said Lot, the Eastern and Western
lines according tn the course specified in the map of
said town of Gainesville, and to include all the said
Lot nnt heretofore sold by Stephen Ried, to Truman
Kellogg, for which he holds the bond of said Richard
Venable, in the penalty nf eight hundred dollars, dated
the 15th January 1828, a copy of which bond is filed in
the Clerk's office of this Court, to cause him to execute
a fee simple title as aforesaid, and further, slating that
Robt.Mitchull and Robert Venable arc t lie only qualified
executors on tho estate of said Richard Venable,deceas
ed, and the said applicant prays that an order may pass
authorising and requiring the said Robert Mitchell and
Robert Venable, executor* aforesaid, to execute titles
according tn the original Contract. It is therefurc or
dered, that the executors of the said Richard Venable
do make said titles, according to the tenor and effect of
said bond to the said William N. Bishop, unless suffi
cient cause be shewn to the contrary, within three
months, or at tire next term of this Court after tho
expiration of said three months. And it is further or
dered, that a copy of tliia rule be published in the Athe

I T appearing to the Court, that Abraham B. Carter,
late of said county, deceased, in his life time, to
gether with John T. Carter and Charles Ritchie, exe
cuted his obligation to James Forsyth bearing date the
13th day of March, 1830, conditioned to make untothe
■aid James Forsyth, his heirs and assigns, a good and
sufficient title to Lot No. one hundred and fifty-two, io
tho nineteenth District nf tht second section in the
then last Land Lottcrv, drawn by the aaid Abraham
B. Carter; and it appearing to the Court that the said
Abraham B. Carter died without executing title* to aaid
land in conformity to hit aaid obligation, which is now
herein to the Court shewn, and it appearing to the
Court that the consideration looney fir said laud has
been peid. It ie on motion ordered, that John T. Car
ter, administrator of the estate of the said Abraham B.
Carter, do make and execute titles to said land agreea
bly to said Bond and obligation, unless cause bo shewn
on or before <hc July Term of this Court next, and that
