that Ezekiel Green, Guardian of Riissrl Skinner
and Sarah Skinner, has absconded from this county,
*nd left his said wards ; it is ordered that said Ezekit I
shew cause at the next term of tliid Court, why his
letters of Guardianship shall not be revoked, and aim-
tlicr Guardian be appointed. On the ground, first, that
left the cc
said Ezukiel has left the county, and hi?* s:iid Ward;
are now under the care and direction of no person
second, because said Ezekiel tins mismanaged tin
property of said wards ; third, because said Ezekiel

cient cause he shewn to tho contrary, within three
months, or at the next term of this Court after the
expiration of said three months. And it is further or 1
dered, that a copy of this rule be published in the Athc-

gether, with John T. Carter and Charles Ritchie, exe
cuted bin obligation to James Forsyth bearing date the

untd James Forsyth, his heirs and assigns, a good and
sufficient title to I^*t No. one hundred snu fifty-two, in
the nineteenth District of the second section in the
then last Land Lottery, drawn by the said Abraham
B. Carter; and it appearing to the Court that the said
Abraham B. Carter died without executing titles to said
land in conformity t*> his said obligation, which i* now
herein to the Court shewn, and it appearing to the
Court that the consideration money for said land has
been paid, ft is on motion ordered, that John T. Car
