O N i!ie application of William N. Bishop stating to
the Court, that in the life time of Itiehard Vena
ble, he purchased from him nil that part of Lot No. JO,
I in the town of Gainesville, including nil that part of
| said Lot lying from one foot East nf the chimney of a
.house belonging then to Truman Kellogg on the same lot,
and to run parallel with the lines of u lot then occupied by
Francis C. Andoc, that is to say, the moat northern and
southern lines of said Lot, tho Eastern and Western
lines according to the course specified in the map of
said town of Gainesville, and to include all the said
Lot not heretofore Hold hy Stephen llind, to Tivmmu
Kellogg, for which he holds the bond of said Iliehard
Venable, in the penalty of eight hundred dollars, dated
the 15th January 1828, a copy of winch bond is filed in
the Clerk’s office of this Court, to cause him to execute
a fee simple title us aforesaid, and further, stating that
Robt.Mitchell and Robert Venable are the only qualified
executors on the estate of said Richard Venable,deccas-
cd, and the said applicant prays that an order may pass
authorising and requiring the said Robert Mitchell and
Robert Venable, executors aforesaid, to execute titles
according to the original Contract. It is therefore or
dered, that the executors of the said Richard Venable
do make said titles, according to the tenor and effect of
said bond to the said William N. Bishop, unless suffi
cient caufic be shewn to tho contrary, within three
months, or at the next term of this Court afte the
expiration of said three months. And if is further or-
dcied, that a copy of this rule be published in the Athe
nian once a month for three months. A true extract

that F.zekicl Green, Guardian of Russel Skinner
and Sarah Skinner, has absconded from this county,
and left Ins said wards ; it is ordered that said Ezekiel
show cause at the next term of this Court, why his
letters of Guardianship shall not bo revoked, and ano
ther Guardian be appointed. On the ground, first, that
said Ezekiel has left tho county, and his said Words
are now under the care and direction of no person ;
second, because said -Ezekiel has mismanaged the
property of said wards; third, because said Ezekiel
wholly neglects the rare and education of his said
