Thomas Hamilton, assignee, that hereto-
to-wit: on rite twenty second day of October,
in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight
hundred ami fifty-one, that Theinns J. Alex
ander, as principal, and Jonathan McDow,
as security, made and executed to LutherD.
Barr and Charles. A. Hamilton, using their
firm name of Barr & Hamilton, in due form

in the sum of twelve hundred dollars, con.
ditioned to be void if the said Thomas J.
Alexander, or said Jonathan McDow for him,

in writing to the Ordinary, on or betore the
first Monday in December next, if any they
have, why Jonathan McDow, execuioi-of the
Mid Thomas J. Alexander, deceased, should
not make, or cause to be made, good and
sufficient titles as aforesaid, to said Thomas
Hamilton, assignee o( said bond; and upon
Hare to do so, the Mid prayer of petition
