ged order against R. IV. Whitehead,
which the letters of Berrys & Co. and*
W. A. Martin hereto appended will
clearly show to lie utterly false and
was known so lo be by tho parties who
circulated the slander at the time they
did it. I will only add that the
transaction herein alluded to never
for a moment disturbed the contD
deuce and friendly relations that ever
has existed as between my father, the
Mess. Berrys & Go. and myself.
