NOTICE OF BOND ELECTION

GEORGIA—Tuyior County:
At a meeting of the Board of
Roads and Revenues of said county,
this day called, all memoers being
present, H. S. Wall, chaiiman, W. M.
Brown and E. C. Perkins, the follow,
ing resolutions were unanimously
adopted:
Be it resolved that an election be
held on the 17th day of February,
1934, at all the voting precincts in
said county, ut which time the voters
will be permitted to vote “for” or
“against" a bond issue, tile proceeds
of wnich will be used to build a
court house for said county. Said
election to be hold as provided by
statute in such cases. The amount of
bonds is to be $20,000.00 and the de
nominations of said bonds to be $1,-
000. 00 and.
The interest rate on said bonds to
be 5% per annum, same to be paid
semi-annually, on January 1st and
July 1st of each year, beginning on
January 1935.
The bonds will be dated as of April
1, 1934.
The first bond to be paid on Jan
uary 1, 1935, and one bond to be paid
on the first day of January each year
thereafter until the laat bond is paid
off on January 1, 1954.
Further resolved that a copy of
this resolution be published in the
| Butler Herald, it being the newspaper
■ in which the Sheriff’s advertisements
| of said county are published for
I thirty days beginning on the 18th
| lay of January, 1934.

missioner in person, this the 17th day
of January, -1934.

SUIT FOR DIVORCE
GEORGIA—Taylor County:
To Whom It May Concern:
Simon Moore hereby gives notice
that at the April term, 1984, of the
Superior Court of said county, to be
held on the first Monday in April,
1934, he will apply to said court by
petition to be relieved of his dis
abilities placed upon him by the ver
dict in the case of Mary Moore vs.
Simon Moore, in a suit for divorce by
Mary Moore against Simon Moore
tried at the April term, 1931, of said
court, wherein a total divorce was
granted between the parties, and pe
titioner, Simon Moore, was left under
the disability of not being allowed to
marry again, and Simon Moore pub
lishes this notice as required by law.
