Only juniors belonging to club group or auxiliary which is federated eithei with the general or state Federation of Women’s Clubs can compete. Con tests must be typewritten and double spaced. No material will be returned. The policy of the general federa tion has been to make suggestions rather than rules as to the methods of junior organizations.
