We were glad to have Mr. Mitchell Turner, a former Crowell teacher, attend the school Circus Saturday night. Messrs E. F. Parr and Herman O’Neal were in Atlanta and Rome on business last week. The Crowell school Circus drew people from all over the county, and was reported as entirely successful. LaGRANGE POLICE HUNT ROBBER OF CHURCH BOX LaGrange, Ga., Sept. 28.—Officers of the LaGrange police department are searching for the boldest and most daring of thieves—the one who broke open the money box of St. Peter’s Catholic church and made away with its contents. Time of the theft and amount of money taken could not be estimated, church officials said.
