the Court of Ordinary of said Coun
ty at the August term, 1953, there

day in September next, before the
court house door of said county,
within the legal hours of sale to
the highest bidder for cash the fol
lowing described lands, to-wit:
Fifteen (15) acres, more or less,
in Lot No. 239 in the 13th district
of Taylor County, Georgia, de
scribed as follows: Commencing on
the south side of barn fifteen (15)
feet south of south-west corner of
said barn, and running west to
State Highway No. Three (3) then
north along said State Highway No.
Three (3) through clay pit to wire
fence, thence east to spring, thence
down the spring branch south
easterly along line of land of C. R.
Brown and barb wire fence to
lands of W. M. Mathews and Wil
lie Standridge: then west to pas
ture fence and dividing line of
lands this day deeded to George
F. Hammack and Mrs. Anne H.
Hess, thence northwesterly to barn
referred to above, and then west to
State Highway No. Three (3) and
starting point, except there has
been sold off of said tract of land
to Bill Bazemore a tract or parcel
of land described as beginning at I
the south-west corner of 15 acres
tract , and running north 107 feet
along State Highway No. 3, thense
east 301 feet, thence South 107
feet, thence west 301 feet to start

ranty deed, dated Nov. 27, 1945
from Mrs. Louise H. Newton to Bill
Bazemore, recorded in Deed Book
