Miss Short, who has been home
demonstration agent in Upson since
August, 1956, has resigned to be
come an assistant state 4-H leader
with offices in Athens. She will
leave for her new assignment on
Feb. 15.
Miss Thornton has been in Thom-
asten several months serving as as
