Brown, Joe Brown, James Brown,
Ind William Brown, with the post
office address of Howard, Georgia,
are engaged in the business of
mining, selling, and dealing in
sand and other products in the
trade name of Brown Brothers Sand
Company: with a post office add
ress, Howard, Georgia.

LEGAL SALE
GEORGIA—Taylor County:
Whereas, heretofore on the 9th
day of March, 1959, Jasper W. Chil-
dree did execute to the Bank of
Oglethorpe, one certain promis
sory note, secured by Deed to Se
cure Debt of even date to the fol
lowing lands, to wit:
All of my interest in and to the
east half of lot of land number one
hundred twenty-three (123), lying
and being in the Thirteenth (13th)
land district of Taylor County, Ga.,
containing one hundred one and
one-fourth (101 1/2) acres more or
less. Bounded as follows: On the
west by lands of Sarah Dillman, on
the north by lands of Dave Childre
on the east by lands of Julius
Crook, Jr., on the South by lands of
JuJius Crook, Sr.
Whereas, the note secured by the
said security deed has become in
default as to principal and inter
est, and the undersigned elects
that the entire note, principal and
intercs; become due at once.
NOW THEREFORE, according to
the original terms of the said se
curity deed an dthe laws in such
cases made and provided, the un
dersigned will expose for sale to
the highest and best bidder for
cash, the above described lands,
after proper advertisement, on the
first Tuesday in July, 1961, between
the legal hours of sale, before the
courthouse door in Taylor County
Georgia.
The proceeds from said sale will
be utilized for the payment of
said sum, principal, interest, at
torneys’ fees, and other expenses,!
and the balance, if any, will be.
delivered to Jasper W. Childree. '
The described lands will be sold ’
subject to unpaid taxes.

V. Ritter, late of said County, this
is to cite all and singular the
creditors and next of kin of John
V. Ritter to he and appear at my
office within the time allowed by
law, and show cause, if any they
can, why permanent administra
tion should not be granted to Iva
Ernestine MeClusky Ritter on
John V. Ritter’s estate.

Byrd, did execute to Modern
Homes Construction Company, a
Florida Corporation, a certain se
curity deed to the following de
scribed land:
All that tract or parcel of land
situate, lying and being in land
Lots No. 222 in the 14th Land Dis
trict and Land Lot No. 312 in the
First Land District, Taylor County
Georgia and described as begin
ning at the intersection of land
line fence between Sallie A.
Byrd lands and W. M. Martin Est.
lands and State Highway No. 128
and running thence North one
hundred and twenty (120) feet, run
thence east for one hundred (100)
feet, run thence south for One
Hundred and Twenty (120) feet,
and thence West for One Hundred
(100) feet to the point of begin
ning and bound on the North and
West by lands of Sallie A. Byrd,
and on the South by Martin Estate
and on the West by State Highway
No. 128.
To secure a note of even date
therewith for Four Thousand, Five
Hundred and 72/100 ($4,500.72)
dollars, all as shown by a security
deed recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of
Taylor County, Ga., in book 11,
pages 379-380; and
Whereas, said note has become
in default as to principal, and the
undersigned elects that the entire
note become due at-once;
Now, Therefore,, according to the
original terms of said security
Deed and the laws in such cases
made and provided, the under
signed will expose for sale to the
highest and best bidder for cash
the above described land, after
proper advertisement, on the first
Tuesday in July, 1961, between the
legal hours of sale before the court
house door in Butler, Ga., Taylor
County, Georgia. The proceeds from
said sale will be used, first to the
payment of said note and expenses
and the balance if any, delivered
to the said Russell W. and Sallie
Byrd.
