A kitchen telephone is the most
time and labor saving convenience
you can give your wife. There
isn’t a wife today who couldn’t
use the time and energy that’s
saved each day by a kitchen
telephone. No more running to
answer a ringing phone in another
part of the house, and no
missed calls either. Inexpensive
too, only pennies a day.

Raise Money
The Junior Class of Reynolds
High was very successful in their
magazine campaign. They reached
their goal of $340.00 within two
! days but that still failed to slow
[them down. They kept on selling
and at the end of the two week
! period they sold over $600.00 worth
I of magazines. Prizes for selling cer-
jtain magazines were received by
j Shelby Childree, a stuffed dog;
I Jeri Windham, an autograph dog
i and $3.00; Kikky Goodard, a charm
! bracelet and an autograph dog;
j and Melodye Hill and Sue O’Neal
.both received autograph dogs.
On October 12, the Junior Class
! had a very successful Cake Sale,
held during the Annual Flint Elec-
| trie Business meeting. They raised
! around $45.00 selling cake, pie, and
j coffee.
I We, the Junior Class, want to
I thank everyone for helping us to be
so successful in our magazine sale
and our Bake Sale.

NEW FACE,SAME SPORTING HEART
We might as well tell you straight off: Corvair’s the car for the driving enthusiast. Think
that lets you out? Maybe. Maybe not.
Until you’ve driven one, you really can’t say for sure, because Corvair s kind of driving
Is like no other in the lan<|. The air-cooled rear engine sees to that. You swing around, curves
flat as you please. You whip through the sticky spots other cars should keep out of in the
first place. (Especially this year, now that you can get Positraction as an extra-cost option.)
You stop smoothly, levelly with Corvair’s beautifully balanced, bigger brakes.
Corvair’s found other new ways to please you this year. A forced-air heater and
defroster are standard equipment on all coupes, sedans and both Monza and 700 Station
Wagons. So are dual sunshades and front-door armrests and
■ome other goodies. You’ll note some new styling, inside and
out. Nice. And safety-belt installation is easier, too, and cheaper.
So you can see we haven’t really done much to Corvair this
year. Why on earth should we? If this car, just as she is, can’t
make a driving enthusiast out of you, better take a cab. A New World of Worth
And here’s America’s only thoroughbred sports car, the ’62 CORVETTE. We warn you:
If you drive a Corvette after your first sampling of a Corvair,, you may well end up a
two-car man. And who could blame you?
See the '62 Corvair and Corvette at your local authorized Chevrolet dealer's
