Circle Meeting
The Anthony-Barrow Circle of the
WSCS met Monday afternoon at the
home of Mrs. Tom Saunders with
Mrs. Sam Bailey and Mrs. Tim
Hartman, joint hostesses.
The meeting opened with song,
“Count Your Blessings.’’ The lead
er, Mrs. Winnie Breazealle, gave a
few thoughts on “Thanksgiving”
and Mrs. Culpepper then led in
prayer.
After a short business session the
program was given by Mrs. C. S.
Sawyer and Mres. F. M. Carson.
Subject, “The Household of God.”
A very interesting discussion on
"Unity of the Churches" and “World
Council of Churches” followed.
The meeting was dismissed with
prayer by Mrs. Ed Goddard.
Hostesses served a delicious
sweet course to 19 members.
