lying and being part of lot No. 1,
Block G of Pineview Subdivision,
Butler, Taylor County, Georgia, as
shown on Plat of Pine View Sub
division, recorded in Book No. 1,
page 192, of the Superior Court rec
ords of Taylor County. Said tract
of land being properly defined, or
bounded as follows: Beginning at
a point in the very southwestern
corner of the intersection of old
Charing Road, which point shall be
the northwestern corner of said
tract, thence 90 feet, approximately
East along Plantation Drive to a
point; thence approximately South
a distance of 200 feet to a point;
thence N 82°-00 West 238 feet to
a point; along the East side of the
Old Charing Road; thence 252 feet
N 41°-05' E along Old Charing
Road to the point of beginning.
Said sale will be under and by
virtue of the power of sale con
tained in a deed to secure debt
given by Leonard (Houston) Ford
to H. W. Richards Lumber Company
recorded in Book 11, page 510,

cause before the Court of Ordinary

February, 1962, why the petition
of Jennie Gray Ruffin Weaver, set
ting out that the said person died
intestate in the county of Taylor,
State of Georgia, and that the said
estate owes no debts, and that the
heirs at law of the said Mrs. Jennie
Gray Ruffin Weaver have agreed
upon a division of said estate, and
praying for an order finding that
no administration upon said estate
is necessary, should not be granted
and said order entered.
