and being taken from the deed of
Nicey Ann Wilson and recorded in
Book X, folio 563 on Mar. 3, 1941,
beginning at an evergreen tree lo
cated at the northwest corner of
the Nicey Wilson home and measur
ing 32’ in a northerly direction to
a point and 15’ from the center of
West End Road running north and
south to a point, this being the
point of beginning of the land to
be conveyed, beginning at said
point measuring 85’ north to a
telephone polec located on the
corner of property owned by Nicey
Ann Wilson and being the right-
of-way line of said person and Katy
and Lige Gray, thence 100’ east to
a point along said right-of-way,
thence south 85’ to a point, thence
100’ west to the point of beginning.
Default having occurred under the
terms of the note secured by said
deed, and the holder having elected
to declare the entire debt due and
payable, the power of sale con
tained in said deed has become
operative.
Sale will be held, deed made
and proceeds thereof distributed in
strict compliance with the terms
of said deed.
