Among the batch of laws, general, local and special, making a volume of 707 pages, enacte-i at the session of mm, the following are of general iu t crest: The course of study in the common schools must include the elementary principles of agriculture and the clement of civil government. This provision of law applies to all schools which receive aid from the state.
