called to order, and on motion of Miyor
Penny, Hon. VV. I. Hudson was called to
tho chair. Mr. Wm. DuGss Trammell

death of our illustrious Chief magistrate;

ful, and, unhapily, su brief, it is a j y to
be permitted to remember that he had
