met Monday night at the Metho
dist Churclu Plans were begun
for members of the Troop to at
tend Boy Scout Camp this Summer
in Albany. Titis Camp is a great
experience and influence on each
Scout who attends.
New Patrol leaders were elect
ed Monday night and plans made
to organize new patrols. The
new Patrol Leaders are Tim
Cleveland, David Gandy, Robert
Southwell.
There were 13 Scouts present
Monday night. Those present
were: Cam Taunton, David Gandy,
Charles Fetner, Terrell Collins,
Scott Chapman, Tim Collins, Bill
Bush, Marshall Spivey, Robert

The petition of H. A. Felder,
Sr., H. A. Felber, Jr., and Eu
genia T. Felder , all of Blakely,
Georgia, hereinafter called pe
titioners, respectfully shows:
1.
Petitioners desire for them
selves, their successors and as
sociates to be incorporated under
the name of “FELDER CREDIT
CORPORATION” for a period
of thirty-five years with privi
lege of renewal.
2.
The object of said corporation
is pecuniary gain and profit.
3.
The general nature of the busi
ness to transacted is as follows:.
(A) To buy, acquire, own, sell,
transfer, assign and otherwise
deal in title retention contracts,
conditional sales contracts and
sales contracts of all types, se
curity deeds, promissory notes
and mortgages and all manner
of commercial paper, and to
conduct a general financing busi
ness, including but not limited
to , the dealing in sales con
tract and other commercial pa
per in connection with the sale
of automobiles, and other ve
hicles and hardware and build
ing materials.
(B) To buy, acquire, hold,
sell, lease, rent, subdivide, de
velop and improve real and per
sonal property of every kind and
character and to execute mort
gages, deeds to secure debt and
other encumbrances thereon ac
cording to such terms as may
be desirable and to borrow and
loan money, with or without se
curity.
(G) To do any and all things
and acts necessary, convenient,
expedient, ancillary or in aid to
the accomplishment of the fore
going.

The corporation shall have all
of the powers now or hereafter
granted by law to corporations.
Tlie corporation shall have the
power to act as guarantor or
surety in matters in which it
does not have a direct interest
and the power to make a purely
accommodation guaranty, endor-'
sement, and contract of surety
ship and the right to enter into
partnerships, general and limit
ed, with other corporations, as
sociations, partnerships, indivi
duals, or other legal entities,
the purposes of which are simi
lar to and in furtherance <>f the
business carried <>n by this
corporation.
5.
The number of shares of stock
shall be 30 shares of the par
value of SKXI.OO per share, all
of which shall he common stock,
with the right to increase the
number ot shares of said com
mon stock to 1000 shares.
6.
Tlie principal place of busi
ness shall be I arly County, Geor
gia, with the right to establish
branch offices elsewhere in the
State of Georgia and the United
States,
7.
Petitioners exhibit herewith a
certificate from the Secretary
of the State of Georgia certify--

formative talks on Georgia

ties and the future of beef cattle
in the state. Officers were elect

helmet and carbine. She gave
R. W. Lilliard’s "America's
Answer” to the plea of the fal-'
len American, soldiers to carry
on the fight for freedom which
they had begun. It was an ans
wer to the reading "In Flanders
Fields”. Then she sang two
verses of "The Battle Hymn of
the Republic.” Just as she fin
ished singing, taps began to play
softly in the distance as she stood
with bowed head. 9ie was ac
companied at the organ by Mr.
Ralph McGill of Dawson. Since
last .October, Carmen has been a
voice pupil of Mr. William Mas
sey, instructor in voice at An
drew College.
