An ap propriation of ?50,UUU will educate .1,000 or -1,000 indigent*, nnniiuily, whereas tlicio are 5,000 or 0,000 who yearly pass the age at which they are entitled to the benefit of any act that w ill probably be passed. Heavy appropriations have befell made to the Btuto University, and, the same donations will be asked for at the present session of tlio Legislature.
