Wrinkled though her face is by the storms and trials of many years, tbe strength and activity of this man-woman of seventy-two is somewhat wonderful. Voluble is hardly the term i-uitable lor the expression of her powers of talk, and few men, however disposed for such perfec tion, may boast themselves superior to her in profanity.
