This movement lias been inaugurated for the

nary of .1/onroe county, will be sold before the
court-house door in the town of Forsyth, said
county, on the Ist Tuesday in .December next,
the following a- cribed lots and parts of lots
of land constituting the plantation owned and
occupied by iiol.tt. Trippe, late of said county,
dec., to-wit: Lois Nos. llff, 114, 134,125,anil
33 acres, more or less, of lot Xo 115 , the said
off ares being bound by a line running east and
west across said last lot and cutting off that
portion adjoining lot Xo 114, all lying in the
11th (list of Uonr >e county; also., jot Xo 149,

the creek running through it, being some GO or
| 70 acres, more or less, said last two lots ad
joining said other body of land but lying in
th county of Upson, being formerly In the
11th di-t of J/onroe. The whole forms a body
of about 1 100 acre- and contains much strong

acres of woodland with the native growth up
on it. The dwelling house is on lot 114, is a
large house with a brick basement, and has 11
rooms with 8 lire- places.
It is proposed to sell in separate lots. The
33 acres of lot 115 will be sold with the lot on
which the dwelling stands, bold as the prop
city of the t date of said Robt Trippe, dec.
Terms: One-half cash, balance on 12 mos.
Titles reserved until last payment is made.
About two acres on the north line of lot Xo
113 were sold by testator in bis life time and
are not included in this sale.
