Browulow’s Kuoxvillc Whig, of the 12th
inst., we find tho following mild pro
gramme for the next war :

tors of the North and rebels of the South
to involve this country in auother bloody
war, and they aim to do it in the next
iwo years, under the leadership of An
drew Johnson. Au attempt to force
Southern traitors into their seats in Con
gress, with bayonets, will be made the
occasion of the outbreak.
“ Let the despflt now at the head of
the Gover&nent attempt a thing of this
kind if he dare. A million of gallant
Union men will at once appear iu the
District off Gambia, surrounding both
the Capitol and -the .White House, dispo
sing of the heads of leading traitors after
the most approved style of tbe age in
which the King of England lost his head.
If another war shall be forced upon the
country, the loyal masses, who constitute
an overwhelming majority, the people of
this great nation intend that it shall be
no child s play. I hey will, as they ought
to do, make the entire Southern Confede
racy as God found the earth when he'
