City Hall To-Night.
Our citizens are to bo most agreeably
entertained to-night at City Hall, by tho
Holman Opera Troupe. This Troupe
consists of four of the most talented
children,,two boys arid two - "girte, who
nro represented to us as prodigies in
their liiie.. The two lads are aged, re*
spoctively, 12 and .14, and the little
girls, 8al!ie and Julia, 9 and 6. They
have good voices, and have been thor-
ougly instructed by their parents. They
sing, act, dance and change dresses with
the ease, effect and skill of practical
performers of tnuoh older standing, and
possesss no small share of the fir comica.
As we have high authority for pronoun
cing this the very best juvenile compa
ny that have ever been in our midst.—
They are aided by their parents, Mr. &
Mrs. Geo. Holman, who were the tenor
and soprano of the late Wm. E. Burton,
while he had charge of the New York
theatre. -
We have been infonnod by Mr. Busch
the Manager that during the perform'
anoo the smallest woman in the world!
will be exhibited. The Fkiulb 'Ton
Thumb, 10 years of age, 28 . inches in
height, and bat 20 poppds in weight.
The public will no doubt extend

patch from Garibaldi dated at Genoa on
tho 4th of Oct., lias been confirmed.—
Garibaldi's dispatch was “victory along
the whole lino." The Royal - troops
are being pursued. The reference was
to the battle at'Volturna, which result-
in a protracted and bloody struggle.—
The Neapolitans were driven back in
disorder to Capua. Their loss was esti
mated to be 3000, besides about 5000
prisoners. Garibaldi lost about 1200 of
his force.
There was no insurrection in tho Pa
pal .States; —
