Washington county, until Tuesday the sec
ond day of March next by 3 0 o’lock of that
dav fora contract to transcribe 3000 pages of
the old record, in the office of the Clerk of
the Superior Court. The Court reserving the
right of judging of the competency of the ap
plicant. Bond and security will be required
of the contractor according to the statute on
the subject. The Clerk of the Superior Court
will.exhibit to applicants the work to be done,
and the size of the book to be transcribed, the
