A GREEABLE with an order of the Court
of Ordinary of Washington county, will
be sold before the court-house door, in the
town ofSandersville, on the first Tuesday in
May next, between the usual hours of sale,
the following property, to wit: One tract of
land lying in said county on the warters of
Cowpen Creek, adjoining Cato Williams and
others, containing about one hundred acres
more or less, as the property of Josiah Ami-
son, sen., late of said county, deceased, and
for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of

Administrator’s Sale.
B Y an order of the Court of Ordinary of
Washington county, will be sold before
the Court-house door in the town of Sanders-
ville, on the first Tuesday in May next, be
tween the usual hours of sale, the following
property, to wit: One thousand acres of Land
lying in said county, whereon there is a dwell
ing house, out houses, negro houses and a
Gin-house, with other improvements, known
a#the Arnold Adams place, adjoining the
lands of Haines, Gilmore and others.
Also, at the same time and place, two ne
groes, to wit: Charles, a man about 21 years
of age, and Caroline, a girl about 19 years of
aige. -All to be sold as the property of Ezekiel
Finney, late of said county, deceased, and for
the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said
■estate.
_ Terms.—The plantation will be sold on
time; notes with approved security will be re
quired. The negroes will be sold for cash.

door in Sandersville, in said county, on the
first Tuesday in April next, within the legal
hours of sale, all the lands belonging to the
estate of Asa P. Peacock, deceased, except
widow’s dower, all lying on the Ohoopie, < m-
bracing the following tracts, viz: one tract
Known as the Holly tract, containing six hund
red acres more or less, adjoining lands of Jas.
Brantley and Benj. Forbs: one other tract
known as the Roebuck tract, containing two
hundred acres more or less, adjoining lands of
Charles King and Sarah Joiner;.one other
tract known as the New Survey, containing
two hundred acres, more or less., adjoining
George D. Boatright and others; one other
traot known as the Dassey tract, containing'
one hundred acres more or less, adjoining lands
of Alexander Bridges and others; one other
tract known as the Diamond tract, containing
one hundred and eighty acres more or less, ad
joining lands of Moulton Peacock and others;
also one negro man by the name of -Claiborn,
aged 35 years. All to be sold as the property
of Asa P. Peacock, deceased, for the benefit
of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.—

hicles—of his own manufacture—from a Jer
sey wagon to a pleasure Carriage. He feels
esnfident that his prices will be found low
enough to induce those who desire to purchase
anything in his line to give him a call. He chal
lenges any other establishment in the State,
in point of cheapness and durability; and he
will warrant his work to stand equal to, if not
better, than the best northern work. He in
vites all—both great and small—to call and ex
amine his present stock of BUGGIES; Fancy
WAGONS for families, a neat, convenient
and cheap one-horse vehicle ; one and two-
horse Wagons, &c. Also second hand Bug
gies, which will be sold extremely low. He

all like diseases, are sure to trouble them, and

simple application of this plaster would give
them immediate relief and enable them to
proceed with their labors without delay.
It has been very benefidal in cases of weak
ness, such as Pain and Weakness in the Stom
ach. Weak Limbs, Affections of the Spine,
Female Weakness, No female, subject
to pam and weakness in the back or side,
should be without it. Married ladies, in deli
cate situations, find great relief from constant
ly wearing this Plaster.
The application of the Plaster between the
shoulders has been found a certain remedy for
Colds, Coughs, Phthisic, and Lung Affections
in their primary stages. It destroys inflam
mation by pe: spiration.
Beware of counterfeits and base imitations.
Dealers and purchasers generally arc cautioned
againsl^buying of any bat our regular Agents;
otherwise they will * be imposed upon with a
worthless article, rs many base counterfeits of
this Plaster are in existence.
