made by some one having access to the laud

ted bv a man by the name of Cooper at 75
dollars, lit order to perfect his title Mun
roe purchased the lot ot Cooper at one hun
dred and fifty dollars. lie deems it right
for the State to pay him a portion of the

fact that her officer by his reply made an
incorrect impression upon his mind which
